Spa Policies

No children under 12 years of age allowed in the spa (please contact prior to your appointment if you need to bring a child over 12 years of age with you)

No animals allowed (please contact prior to your appointment if you need to bring a service animal with you)

Beauty by Liv K holds sanitation & cleanliness of the business to the utmost importance. In order to maintain the health & safety of all clients & service provider, please use the hand sanitizer at front desk upon entry. Service provider will be sanitizing all surfaces/equipment & washing hands between all services.​

If client arrives early, please note that your service will not begin until the scheduled time (or within 5-10 minutes early if scheduling allows).

If client arrives late, please note that your appointment may not be extended beyond its scheduled end time. If client is more than 10-15 minutes late, depending on the service, Beauty by Liv K reserves the right to reschedule the appointment for another time or date based upon other appointments booked. If client receives a shorter appointment due to late arrival, please note that full amount of payment is still owed.
Booking Policies

Bookings are taken by appointment only, although to accommodate the needs of clients, Beauty by Liv K is often able to take same-day appointments!

Full payment of appointment is due at time of service rendered.

Client is responsible for informing Beauty by Liv K of any possible contraindications or allergies to services, so that client & service provider may be able to make the most well-informed & safest decisions to book the proper appointments for client's needs.

Client is required to fill out all waivers & intake forms prior to being serviced.

Appointments may be booked via the online booking system, phone call, text message, or Instagram/Facebook messages. For the most prompt & up-to-date booking, the online "Book Now" button is recommended!

Cancellation Policy
Sick/COVID19 Policy

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or feeling unwell prior to your appointment, Beauty by Liv K kindly asks you to notify the business of your situation & a rescheduling at no charge will happily be accommodated!

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please notify Beauty by Liv K & your appointment will be rescheduled.
​

If you have traveled outside of the country within 14 days, please notify Beauty by Liv K. ​

Masks are not required inside the glam spa or during services, unless client desires to do so.
​

Please notify Beauty by Liv K if you have had potential exposure to COVID-19 in the last 10 days.​

As Beauty by Liv K relies on reserving appointments to accommodate all clients, it is kindly asked that all cancellations or reschedules are made within 24 hours of your appointment.
​

If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours, client is responsible for 50% of the original appointment cost.
​

If an appointment is no-showed, the client is responsible for 100% of the original appointment cost.
​

If a client no-shows, there will be an approval restriction placed on their online booking ability (business will approve booking before appointment is accepted).

If a client no-shows 2 times or more, there will be a block placed on their online booking ability (can only book appointments through phone/messages).

Bridal Policies
-
Bridal bookings are separate from all other makeup bookings, with a separate pricing & booking process.
​

All bridal bookings require an email inquiry/quote thread in order to be finalized.
​

All bridal bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure their date. Other inquiries for the same date may be quoted until a deposit is received.

Deposits are first-come, first-serve to reserve dates.
​

All bridal bookings require a bridal contract to be completed by both client & artist (again- deposits are required to secure a date, even if a contract is received before the deposit).

Bridal inquiries may be submitted via Instagram, Facebook, phone, or email, but all will be directed to an email thread for official quotes. To send a direct inquiry from this website, please visit Services, then click the button for Makeup, where you will find a Bridal inquiry button.
